The following Terms and Conditions have been established by the Company (NatureBoss Pty Ltd) for the APISAT Conference delegates and anyone booked on to this experience (Attendees).

1. Booking Management and Payment:

• The Barossa Valley Private Winery Tour will be available to Attendees, along with their families and/or travel companions.

• A 100% upfront payment is required at the time of booking from Attendees, which will be collected by the Company. The Company will also collect Attendee information such as full name, email, phone number, address, country of origin, accommodation location and dietary requirements upon booking.

• The deadline for booking and payment is 5:00 PM AEDST on 9th October 2024. No new bookings will be accepted after this time, unless there are extenuating circumstances, which will be at the sole discretion of the Company to accept or reject.

• After 5:00 PM AEDST on 9th October 2024, Attendees seeking last-minute options will be offered non-private winery and non-winery tour options in the Greater Adelaide Region by the Company through the microsite.

2. Group Arrangements:

• Depending on the number of bookings, participants will be divided into small groups to ensure a personalised experience. Group sizes will range from 5 to 24 participants. Depending on availability and timings, groups may not all go to the same four wineries throughout the day.

• In very rare circumstances, such as severe traffic delays or a natural disaster, Attendees may not be able to experience the full outlined itinerary. It is at the sole discretion of the Company as to what, if any, refund or reimbursement will be provided to Attendees.

• A minimum number of participants is required for the private tour to proceed. In the very unlikely event that the minimum number is not met by 5:00 PM AEDST on 9th October 2024, the Company reserves the right to cancel the tour, with a full refund or alternative tour credit provided to the Attendees who had already booked.

• If the minimum number of participants in not met, the Company reserves the right to promote alternative tour options through the microsite.

3. Coordination and Communication:

• Attendees will receive a booking confirmation via email from the Company, which will include meeting details, the itinerary (where possible), and any additional information required before the tour.

• The Company reserves the right to alter the itinerary or departure time for logistical reasons at any point in the lead up to the tour. Any changes will be communicated to both the Client and affected Attendees before the tour date.

4. Refund Policy:

• Cancellations made before 5:00 PM AEDST on 23rd October 2024 will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made after 5:00 PM AEDST on 23rd October 2024 will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Terms and Conditions Agreement:

• By booking and paying for the Barossa Valley Private Winery Tour, Attendees agree to the Terms and Conditions (including the Refund Policy).
